Hi, my name is Kusi, which in the ancient Quechua language means happy, full of bliss, always prosper and lucky. I am eleven years old and I was born in Otavalo, a beautiful town at the Andes, north to Quito. From there, I have travelled all along the Volcano Avenue towards Cuenca, visiting the sacred volcano of Cotopaxi, riding the Chiva Express (an experience as marvelous as the surrounding landscape), and then going to Guayaquil.

I have even visited Galapagos Islands with my school classmates. There, life preserves, prennieal, aeternal. The birds, the fish, the iguanas, the turtles... simply breathtaking. There I realized that we are one with nature, endangered and responsible of our environment and of our actions.
